# XP Boosts - Season 3

All XP boosts (Liquidity and Trading XP both) in S3 are based on **Staking score** which directly linked $AVNT staked in [Avantis Security Module](/avnt-token/staking-security-module.md). 

> Score = Staked AVNT x (Days Staked ^ 1.05)

Staking Score dictates the global boost you receive. More $AVNT staked for longer duration equates to higher Staking Score.

> **Note - Any AVNT unstaked will reset your score to zero.**
