Crypto, Forex, Commodities, and Indices

For mainnet beta, Avantis will offer the following selection of trading pairs:

1. Crypto: BTC-USD, ETH-USD, BNB-USD, ARB-USD, DOGE-USD, AVAX-USD, OP-USD, MATIC-USD, TIA-USD, SEI-USD, ORDI-USD, STX-USD, PRIME-USD, RNDR-USD, WLD-USD, ENA-USD, PENDLE-USD, ONDO-USD, FET-USD, ARKM-USD, SHIB-USD, PEPE-USD, BONK-USD, WIF-USD, DYM-USD

2. Forex: EUR-USD, JPY-USD, GBP-USD, CAD-USD, CHF-USD, SEK-USD, AUD-USD, NZD-USD

3. Commodities: XAU-USD (Gold), XAG-USD (Silver)

Max leverage varies by asset class, and we will initially start with the following parameters before slowly scaling up:

1. Crypto - up to 50x

2. Forex - up to 75x

3. Commodities - up to 30x

One of the key advantages of a peer-to-pool derivatives exchange powered by oracles is the ability to add several asset classes quickly.

Hence, our goal is to slowly expand these trading pairs to 100 cryptocurrencies, major commodities (e.g crude oil), exotic forex pairs, and several crypto native indices (such as CESR) over time. This will occur in due course, as we revise the protocol parameters and can ensure our USDC vault is growing in TVL.
